Thousands of cats go missing every year in the Greater Vancouver area. Thousands more are born unwanted to die in our shelters. Please encourage all pet owners to spay or neuter their cats. There are breeding laws in several municipalities that require cats to be spayed or neutered unless a breeder licence is obtained. Find out if there is one in your area and notify any pet owners that have un-neutered animals.
The Vancouver Humane Society is always in need of donations (for which you will receive a tax receipt) as we spay and neuter homeless cats.
